Support Worker Role, Full Time and Part Time, Flexible Working Pattern
We have fantastic opportunities for hard working and dedicated Care Assistants and Support Workers to work with With You Care Agency supporting various care providers within the Andover and surrounding areas. We work with services that support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and other Complex Needs. We deal with both long-term roles and shift work including weekdays, nights and weekend work in Hospitals, Residential and Nursing Homes, Supported Living and Independent living services.
Your new role
As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, your role involves assisting adults in their daily activities, helping them lead as fulfilling lives as possible and facilitating their involvement with the community. You will offer both physical and emotional support, as well as health care of the highest quality, while always upholding respect, dignity, and confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
- Embody compassion and care, with a sincere passion for assisting others.
- Six months of recent experience in comparable positions.
- Be flexible and reliable
- A minimum of six months relevant experience is required.
- Possessing a Care Certificate and NVQs is desirable, though not essential.
- Own transport an advantage
